14 year old starting at gym

    my sister whos 14 is starting at the gym in the next week or 2 and she has becane rrally nervous because the gym is for 14 year olds and up ,will she look stupid being probly the only young teenager there?

    If I saw someone that young in the gym I would just assume they are some kind of elite athlete training for competition. People worry too much about what people think of them in the gym.

    The only time I gawk at people in the gym is:

    A) They are doing something very impressive, e.g I was looking for plates and I cant find them because this guy is dead-lifting all of them...

    B) They are making so much noise / song and dance that they want people to look.

    Unless you fit into A) or B) people wont even notice you in the gym
