Great price, I bought a very similar one in Lidl 9 or 10 years ago for about €70 and it is still "useable" but I think I will treat myself to a new one if my local has any left.

Rang up the Aldi helpline Phone:1800 991 828 they lived up to their name and was told that they had 18 in stock in Dublin Road, Limerick. Went to the store but none on display. Asked the attendant who fetched me one from stores. She couldnt verify the price but at checkout the 39.99 price was confirmed so made my purchase. Handy for smaller jobs arounf the house.

No. Good sturdy little ladder, though. Cleaning the upstairs windows is the height of it ( pardon the pun ).

In fairness, you did ok at €60. Aldi's original price was €79. I never expected to see them sell off at such a reduced price.

I just bought the second last one in Aldi Blackpool for 34.99, its called a four step safety ladder, it will reach up to the ceiling. I don't think its the same ladder been talked about above but a fine strong ladder all the same.

Beware folks there's 2 ladders one over 3 metres when fully extended and the other over 2 metres when fully extended... both are 29.99 now... I nearly bought the shorter in graigcullen in carlow. Other store in carlow had longer one... who says size doesn't matter...

Don't think the Finglas ones are the fold up combi ladders. I was out there on Monday evening and they had none left and none out back according to a member of staff. They had some other ladder there but not a combi.
