AB Wheel - Lidl

    bargain alert - Lidl are doing Ab Wheels this week for €5
    Never tried one before and got one yesterday, how do people find them?

    I included it into my routine yesterday and could just about manage to get 3 sets of 10...but I'm looking forward to using it more over the next few months and see how it helps with my long standing back issue as I really need to improve my core strength

    How is the wheel in terms of build quality? Had a quick look at one yesterday while I was in there, seems to be a very good price if it's even decent quality.

    dunno about the lidl one, but loads of places sell them under a tenner around this time anyways, Wheels themselves are great fun.

    to be honest I cant compare to more expensive wheels but I'm 82kg and it didnt bend after using it yesterday...seems to be strong enough and will last a while

    for a fiver I didnt think I could go wrong, if I get a few months out of it I'll get a better one, maybe with 2 wheels for a bit more stability

    I'm feeling it this morning all over my arms, abs, sides, so it certainly had me working
