Hi all, I am thinking of adding Pilates to my gym routine once a week. I have never done Any Pilates and am a bit nervous of joining a class where everyone else knows what they are doing. Has anybody any experience of Ben Dunne Pilates classes? From a nervous beginner!

eta - you didn't say which B.D gym, I guess every class is different...

Hiya, I do the yoga & pilates classes in carlisle. I've just done two sessions of pilates and boy I felt if afterwards, but it is do-able, the moves are simple enough and then are 2+ progressions to each so you can just stay with the simplest one till you feeel ready to move on.
My only gripe with her is she uses a headset (when there's not really any need) and I find it hard to make oout what she's saying so get a place where you can see her easily.
    best of luck!
