    Have seen this C9 a lot on my Facebook page.
    I believe its a new detox phenomenon but does anyone know what it entails and costs,benefit etc?

    Is it water? Anything else is not really needed to detox. Possibly charcoal in some very specific circumstances.

    is it that thing called clean 9?

    That's a supposed detox for 9 days where you take a load of gels? A guy in work did it...it cost 150 for 9 days. he lost weight when he was on it because he was eating nothing but once he went back to eating normally the weight went back on.

    Not sure if it is the same thing we are talking about. The thing I am refering to is Clean 9- it is a load of codswallop........it entails eating nothing for 9 days and dropping weight....

    Seems every i know on facebook is either selling this or doing it, I'll stick to my regular exercise and balanced diet I think ;-)
