Does anyone know of a supplier of epoxy and fibreglass cloth and an estimated price it would cost to cover a wood canoe. I am thinking of making one and I am trying to get a rough price to make a wood canoe.
    Thanks, wofias8

For fiberglass cloth I use http://www.shorebreaksurfboards.com/ and for resin I use http://marineparts.ie/epoxy-resins-marine-fillers-and-adhesives/ you could try http://www.wallerwickham.ie/ they should have everything you need but might be a bit more expensive.

No problem keep us posted :) If you want the wood grain to show like on my boat go with the 4oz cloth its easy to wet out and you can't see the weave when it's set.

I get my peel ply from him it's very handy stuff for getting a nice smooth finish and keeps any dust or bugs off the resin while it sets.
