    Hi,
    I'm thinking about joining slimming world as I want to drop 2/3 stone and I have never been able to.
    Has anyone here ever used it and would you reccomend it ?

    Just want to comment that that 6 1/2 months later and I have dropped 2ST. Another 1.5 to go.

    i cannot recommend this enough to people, i have been on it since the end of april and have lost 3 stone

    Slimming World is a great way to lose weight! Couldn't recommend it enough. Well done on your loss :)

    OP here - I just wanted to recommend this to people who want to loose wait. It may not be the most nutritional diet, but it shifts the weight.

    almost 18 months since the OP and i have lost 4Stone.
