Time Trial Thread

Hopefully this thread will be useful. Basically you record the results of a time trial with any information you have about it.

    ie
    Pool (LC / SC)
    Distance/Stroke
    Time
    Splits (if you have them)
    Time of day
Time keeping method (Wall Clock / wrist stopwatch / coach or friend timed)
Training cycle (off season / intense training period / race season)
anything else you can think of.

The results don't have to be PBs every time but when you have documented improvement over a period of time, you can feel good about it, so don't be afraid to put in bad time trials either.

Have a look over on the TDAR forum, Kurt keeps a nice swim TT thread with table ticking over each month.

You could do it as a mixture of A/R's best of 2015
    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057353060

    and TDAR's 400m TT thread
    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=93708237#post93708237

Using the table from the 400m tt thread in for the tables in the best of thread. You wouldn't have as many distances/tables as there are in the best of thread so shouldn't get too messy.
