My parcel has been in the Birmingham depot since 30th December. Should I call them about it or should i just wait for the delivery.

That was the latest update and it is now 4 days later.
It also says the expected delivery date is 2nd of January.

Your estimated delivery date is Friday 02 January 2015

Ring your local depot and have your tracking number ready.
They'll tell you if the driver has it on his van today or not.
