    Hi,

I'm relatively healthy. Go to gym 2-3 times per week, road run and have a balanced diet. But I do like to let go at the weekends.

at 32 years old (male), 5'10" I'm stuck at 71kg having been 67kg a few years ago. I'm not fat but could defo be more toned.

I'm considering having a few sessions with a PT but wondering what exactly they can do for me that maybe just reading articles etc. online can't?

How often should you go to visit one and what should you look for in a good PT?

    Thanks
