Went out shooting this morning. Left the house just before 8. Temp was -4. Ended up with 6 teal a cock pheasant and a woodcock. Seen a lot of teal all on small drains. With a bit of luck could've had a pair of mallard as well. Lovely morning for it.

Got a pair of mallard on the local river, have to love sunny mornings with hard frost. Makes for lovely duck shooting on drains and rivers.
