    hey
a friend told me he does olympic weightlifting in this place limitless health and they have a great coach.
Was just wondering if anyone here would recommend them aswell and what your opinions of it are?
I cant seem to figure out how the sessions work from the website and was wondering if anyone would know? id only be able to manage once a week with my timetable . also are the prices at 6.50 per session decent for this kind of training and are they good value for money.

Have never been but have heard excellent things about the guy in charge, he's also a physio so if he breaks you he can fix you :)

If you shoot them a message on their facebook page I'm sure they would fill you in

i sent a facebook message. feedback from people who've tried it is always good aswell though.
this thread is mainly to find out if anyone on here feels like it really benefitted them or if they think the coach is good because theyre the things that always worry me when im about to sign up for something
