Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I could use with some advice.

So for almost a year now,I've been working out at the gym three days a week. Within three months,I saw the results from a regular workout routine and a healthy diet and I couldn't be happier.

As great as it's been,I've only noticed some minor improvments in arm muscle and I'm wondering if there's any plans/recommendations that can be taken to increase this?

What is a typical diet like and have you been tracking how much you eat?

It's possible you just need to eat a bit more.

Basically try to eat as much protein while maintaining all natural foods but you could be right as I need to just eat more food. Lost 20 lbs so far.

Use MyFitnessPal to track what you eat.

You should get a decent approximation of the calories you need on a daily basis from something like the one you get if you Google 'scooby's workshop calorie calculator'
