Summary: SQRL is a 256 bit public key based login system, being developed by Steve Gibson & co. The web user gets their own 256 big private key, and the system generates from this a 256 bit public key that is unique to each website one signs into. If a website gets hacked, the SQRL login data is useless on any other site. It allows you to log in without giving one's name or other real world identity. There is no point of central control to "trust" - a pointless concept since the Snowden revelations.

Watch Steve in the above video at Las Vegas presenting this open, freely available solution.
