All right folks, my good wife got me groupon vouchers for laser removal on 2 tattoos from Dublin ink, I have been talking about replacing them for over a year now. (Both black, one a Chinese symbol another a tribal design both over 15 years old)

I have been looking at getting a sugarskull pinup tattoo, really find them beautiful, and some of them quite haunting.
Any suggestions where to go or would any decent tattoo place be able to accommodate me? I'm based in Monaghan but can travel.
