Losing weight is mostly down to diet.

Put up a typical day's food and drink and people can advise.

What kind of exercise do you like doing?

    In the same position.

I started by clearing my pantry and filling it with good food and then went on with a good eating regimen. There are plenty of good sites online that can steer you in the right direction there.

I use my body weight to train - started with furniture and resistance bands (which were cheap!).

I bought an old treadmill ($40) and use that for cardio.

My general fitness costs me nothing.

The only issue I have is juggling with the needs of my baby (because they tend not to follow a timetable) and making the time to workout.

You don't need a gym or anything fancy.
If you have a mind to do it, you will.

May I suggest changing your name to sweet potato girl?

The main reason I read this site is for a bit of motivation to get going each day. Find something that triggers you to eat well and do regular exercise. IT might be an old photo of yourself or photos of others looking well. It could be recipes of healthy meals etc. Something that concentrates the mind.

The two comments above are correct, 1. get your diet right, 2. exercise can be easy and accessible, just find what works for you.

Sort out diet, that is a must.

go out walking with a decent buggy. you'd be amazed how pushing two kids around can burn calories.

They probably just meant that you should swap sweet potatoes in for potatoes in your diet.
