    Though I used be able to do good distances on the treadmill before I got laid up.....is it much differnce between outdoors and treadmill

    I reckon it's totally different, outdoors would be much better. Running on a treadmill would be quite boring.

    Emm at a guess.....probably 30+ miles at least....I do a lot of walking for maybe 5-6 hours if not more at a time

    Never! I don't even buy scratch cards as I wouldn't go on the telly to spin the wheel.

    I wouldn't give them money, I would ensure they have the best possible start to their education and career first.

    No pet lamb, had lots of chickens, geese and turkeys when growing up in the countryside.

    Would you keep chickens to supply you with eggs and the odd Sunday roast?

    Nope, not voluntarily or to my knowledge anyway. I am not paranoid level secretive but trust is important and I need boundaries respected.

    That's a really difficult question to answer. A particular friend of mine is my favourite person because he once did something for me that was completely selfless at a time when I needed someone.

    Anyone ever do something for you that was totally unexpected?
