    Hey,

    We need to make a dessert for a coeliac coming later today, we had planned to do an egg-free chocolate mousse with Bourneville chocolate as we had heard that it is gluten free.

    I've just googled it and couldn't get a definite answer. Is Bourneville suitable for a ceoliac?

    It doesn't contain gluten but is made in a plant where gluten products are also made.

    Make pavlova.
