Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

    I want to do an Masters or HDip in Library & Info studies at UCD next year.

    I contacted the head of school and she advised me to look for volunteer opportunities in the information sector. So anything that involves data collecting, management, navigation or other related fields.

    Does anyone know some good places to start looking?

    I live in Leixlip, sent my CV to the local library and was told they would call when placements become available, and to the Maynooth library who will call me in May because their placements are during the summer months.

    Also waiting to hear back from Liffey Champion.
