Friend bought them years ago and forget about them. By the time he found them they didn't fit him, they still had the tags attatched.

I know they weren't bought in a shop in hey it was a great bargain!

Tesco Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc Story......

    €14.00 per bottle (yeh right) = € 168.00

    Special offer 6 for €50.00

    Minus € 68.00

    = €100.00 Plus 1 other item @ € 1.19

Bear with me now please !!

I introduce my Aldi € 20.00 off € 100.00 spend voucher and it brings it down to € 92.79 (as they also gave me 5% off per box of 6 bottles AT THE ORIGINAL PRICE ! = € 8.40)

I was "oh no I haven't reached the € 100.00 spend" so I said to the girl can I run to get another bottle to take it over the € 100.00 and she said no problem.

I took a bottle priced at € 8.50 which then brought the total to € 101.29

Then Tesco kindly gave me 5% of the 1 bottle that I bought for € 8.50 for some reason !! a princely sum of € 0.43

Total was € 100.86 for 13 bottles of wine and a pack of herbs !!

Meaning the Villa Maria worked out at € 5.97 per bottle of very nice Sauvignon Blanc !!

    Thanks Tesco & Aldi

    Merry Hicmas !!

About 300 quid RRP (200 with existing marked reductions) of mostly single malt Scotch and Irish whisk[e]y for about 130 in Tesco by combining Lidl, Aldi, and Clubcard vouchers with carefully watching the dates on offers.

This also got me ~200 clubcard points and 4 5c off fuel vouchers, albeit my car has a TINY tank so they're worth about 1.50 each at best.

OH found Adidas trainers I'd been looking for earlier in the year and balked at a roughly 90 quid cost for 44 in JDSports yesterday morning, for an old fashioned bricks and mortar sales price.

La croisade for €5.65 a bottle. It's for a 6 bottles for fairly cheap and then I had a 15% off card in the post from them. Meaning it worked out at €5.65 a bottle. It's my mothers favourite wine so happy days.

Best deal now is Schweppes ginger ale, tonic water etc for €1 a bottle and 15% off with the card. The best bargain for me was the 15% off all purchases in SuperValu with a silver plastic card they sent me. My friend shops there all the time and didn't get it

Yes! I've bought €200 of Argos and TK Maxx gift cards in Tesco in the past few weeks along with my normal shopping to max out my use of all the Aldi/Lidl/SuperValu vouchers I've had!

There's even been a few reports in recent days of Boardies buying Tesco gift cards with these vouchers!!

Luck, basically. They're not meant to sell gift vouchers on them but a fair few staff are anyway.

Its not something you're guaranteed to get but its worth trying if you want.

You could in theory buy Tesco gift cards with one voucher then use them with another voucher (at another till! - and they take some time to activate), think you even get clubcard points on both transactions. Its just more hassle than I'm willing to try.

Got a leather jacket priced at 450 for 290. It kind of smelled of Mr muscle or something like that so I pointed this out to the manager and said if you knock a few quid off I'll buy it. Gives me 160 bills off it......result.

My son wanted a PS4 + FIFA15. Missed the bundled packs earlier in the year and the cheapest I could find was on Amazon for £358 or Smyths for €459.99

So thanks to a fellow Boardsie , got an Argos reservation code for the below bundle for €399

    122/2540 Sony PS4 Console with 500GB Hard Drive (Black) 1 EUR399.99 +
    248/3704 Minecraft PS4 Game. 1 EUR0.00 *
    274/8700 Lego Batman 3 PS4 Game. 1 EUR0.00 *
    139/1141 Driveclub PS4 Game. 1 EUR0.00 +
    280/8176 Little Big Planet 3 PS4 Game. 1 EUR0.00

and received a €10 Argos Gift Card for spending over €100.

Took Lego Batman 3, Driveclub and Little Big Planet to CEX and got €110 cash for them.

Then went back to Argos and bought FIFA15 for €59.99 less the €10 gift token = €49.99 and received a €5 Argos Gift Card for spending €50

    So it worked out that I got Sony PS4 Console with 500GB Hard Drive + Minecraft + FIFA15 for €399 +€49.99 - €110 = €339.98 + a €5 - saving €120 and getting an extra game. :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 74 ✭✭legohouse

I got a 500G PS4 with Little Big Planet game for €313.65 on littlewoods

The PS4 bundle was reduced down to €369.99 to include the game.
I then used their 15% off code from the facebook page which worked for me
And all delivered to my door :)
    Happy with that
