Slow Thumbnail load-up on videos Or Picture Folders ?

I had this problem a few days ago and I have a lot of video files and picture files within my folders, and I noticed when I especially click on the video file folder the thumbnails take a while to load to the individual video files.

Well this is a handy trick to make them all come up at once, always. I thought I'd share it for any-one that has the same slow thumbnail load-up problem within their video/Large picture-files folder...

Follow the instructions on the link below as is, and when you open any folder of large video/picture-files after doing this they will all load-up immediately always. You can revert back to standard settings in cache anytime you wish, but I thought this would be a help for folk that have slow load of thumbnails like I had, it works perfectly.
