Something in eastern sky

Appears like a red star , very low in the sky. It's pretty much in line under Jupiter but a lot closer to the horizon. Don't think it's an airplane as it doesn't flash and it's a solid orange light. It also moves horizontally. Any ideas ?

Probably just a Chinese lantern I'm thinking now. %100 wasn't Jupiter as I was looking at Jupiter when I noticed this thing below it
