    Hi Folks,

Just quickly, I hope this is the right area. I'm looking for information on getting 1. my parents assessed for a carer, they are 94 and 88. I think I also need to install the likes of stair rails etc . Has anyone any info on this?
    Many thanks

    R

Maybe try getting in touch with the HSE or their local GP

This link should give you some useful starting points. If you are going to ring them be prepared, some office only take calls in the afternoon to allow them time to work on the paperwork. While overworked anyone I have dealt with there have really gone out of their way to try to help.
