Crappy Service in SU Ship and Hamilton Cafe?

    Does anyone else find the service fairly terrible in the SU shop (at the hamilton entrance) and the Hamilton Cafe?

    In the shop you're lucky to get a glance upwards if they're chatting away behind the counter, nevermind a greeting or acknowledgement.

    In the cafe they seem to be intruded upon by your presence, and it takes about 10 minutes to get served. Then they say they close at 8 but they stop cooking at 7 o clock.

    I just think its a poor effort in general, and if I was an outsider I would not be impressed at all
