This is a guy who tried to make it seem as if someone sent him bullets in the post. That was until everyone noticed that the stamp on the envelope they were sent in had no post mark amd the handwriting of Willie Frazer's address looked suspiciously like..... Willie Frazer's handwriting.

That's the only way it could be a deliberate ploy to divert attention from Irish Water. It's not like it will do that anyway. The IW fiasco is much too huge at this point, and anger running too high for it to be suddenly distracted by one loon and his band of loons on one day.
