This may be a silly question, but anyway :

    1. example
Lets say that before i even register LLC, i buy some stock somewhere. Can i then sell it as a company on companys website? How does it go to the books than?

    2. example
I have registered LLC, and friend just gives me some items. Can i sell those as a company and pay VAT on them?

    Thanks

A certain level of pre incorporation expenditure is possible.

You cannot charge or reclaim VAT unless you are incorporated and vat registered.
