Anybody know of any good deals around now?

There is a great one with Argos (3 games plus console for €399), but none of the stores have all 4 things so you cant actually process it on their website!

Also, does anybody know any good deals with a PS3, 500GB trade in ?

I don't mind buying seperatly or trade in (can sell ps3 myself), just looking at all options!

I went to buy it today and only when I went to reserve it realised all the games were not in stock anywhere. They should at least take the offer down or put a message up saying when they will have stock in again. Ah well, on the hunt again!!

Hey fellas, hoping for a little help as Im new to gaming(so new I dont even have a console yet!).....I have the LBP/MC/DC bundle reserved, of those games the only one Im really going to have any interest in is DC, I see that LBP is worth about 65 euro new in most places, Gamestop have it listed as eligible for a trade in and you get a new game for 9.99 but it doesnt say which games are in the offer (and it seems to suggest in other parts of the website that you need to trade in two games)

If anyone could explain how it works Id really appreciate it, Im totally clueless on it, I just want shoot em ups, football and racing games, Ive looked up LBP and MC and its definitely not for me, if I could get one game somewhere I really like for the both of them I would......I was refreshing the page for the Fifa bundle every day like a man possessed since last week too that bundle was so sweet

Offers update on Wednesday and end on Tuesday has been the norm for a while. Argos seem to be the best around at the moment for console deals but there is only so much of them to be had, pity none of the other stores price match but that's greedy business for ya, good luck hunting a bargain in the morning.

I got lucky in that I had reserved TLOU in case Fifa turned up a couple of days ago so I used that, there were very few available in Cork though, maybe 3 in Mahon point late last night when it went live and none at all in Queens Old Castle, there should be another offer next week. It actually goes live about 2am the Wednesday morning so check then next week if you can (though it only actually appeared in Internet Explorer for me for ages)

You sure it wasn't the white GTA 5 bundle + fc4 and tlou for €399? because if so, yes that'll hardly be beaten. crazy deal. the only thing that complicates it is tlou is still basically out of stock everywhere and needs to be ordered

Argos Cavan have the white PS4 with GTA and have Far Cry 4. They don't have The Last of Us. Would they let me buy the item until it comes in or would they let me change a game?

Is GTA a download code or hard copy?

I'm going to call in to Cavan and will let you know how I get on. I don't think ringing them is worth it. Its easier for them to say no to someone over the phone.

I'm going to argue that I'll take €49.99 (the value of the Last of Us) off any game. Even Assassins Creed can be got with the console for €26 so I'd take it instead of The Last of Us.

For anyone wanting The Last of Us I bought it as a digital download for €16 online the other day with an American PSN account. Easy to set up if you google. Might be an option for some of you. I can't remember the exact website I bought it from but it was a recent thread on bargains alert.

Can confirm, I bought this too and it worked perfectly. Getting an American address and post code is the hardest part and even that is as simple as a quick google

Sorry you are right, it was that one! reserved it early this morning in argos in limerick, was a few available at the time.
CHecked now and it is out of stock everywhere, guess i was lucky!

Got in Dun loaghaire today guy said he can't sell it without the last of us is which out of stock told him just give men far cry and I will be on my way, he done something on the system and made it happen

I managed to reserve the 'deal' as advertised at Omniplex in Santry, and also reserved Far Cry & The Last of us on a seperate order, just in case they say they are out of stock. Hopefully this will ensure I get the whole bundle. Might be worth a shot trying to book it here if convenient for you.

I've reserved the same deal across the border for £349 which works out at around €440. Is it still worth it at that price or is it worth holding off until I get a good Euro price?

I reserved the white console with gta and far cry in my local shop.

Going to wait and see does TLOU come back into stock before the reservation runs out.

Got it this evening in Cavan. They have wrote on the receipt that I can collect The Last Of Us whenever it comes in.

There was no movement on changing the package to get a different game.

I bought the white ps4 with the last of us just over a week ago when the €379.99 deal was on. I haven't opened them so I wonder could I bring them back and get this offer? Bringing back my copy of the last of us could mean I could avail of the deal, and essentially get far cry 4 and gta V for €10 each.

Mine was the same. Coming up as 424 or something for the GTA bundle and afar Cry because I couldn't reserve The Last of Us.

When I went in I said to the store assistant about the €399 and showed him the deal on my phone. He called over the manager.

She said she couldn't switch the game but I could get the deal and collect the game when it comes in.
