Windscreen issues on 98 honda integra

    So I have a 98 jap import dc1 (1.6 sohc) honda integra and am having issues with the windscreen it looks like someone hasnt put it in correctly like its not fitting in almost but during the summer this wasnt an issue, some mist insode the window but now this morning there was f***ing ice inside the window.

    Anyone a glass expert out there this is hardly door or boot seals with actual ice forming on the insode.

    Any help would be appreciated and if anyone knows the cost of refitting or replacing???
