Protein supplement intake question

    Currently taking USN muscle fuel it has 50g of protein per serving (3 scoops) would like to get some extra protein by taking whey aswell . Would it be ok to add in to a shake or have 2-3 whey servings a day along with the USN stuff ?

    The USN stuff contains whey already. You won't do any harm added more whey to it, or have 2-3 scoops of whey separately. But it's a bit unnecessary having that much protein powder. 6acoops/150g protein per day.

    Yeah I'd be looking at getting 150+g protein per day . Any good reccomended whey or would any do ?

    150g total or 150g for supplements?
    What the rest of your diet like, whats your total protein intake.



    I eat 175g protein per day, and I have max 25g whey, most days I don't need it.

    150 for supplements , il get the rest from diet :) not sure what my
    Total intake is to be honest , but I eat big and clean .

    Why are you aiming so high with supps.
    Personally don't think there's anything wrong with supps, but knowing your total intake far more important imo.

    Because I'm stacking with something else which I won't mention here , il have to add my up daily intake when I get a chance :) not looking for a Meal replacement shakes just something I can have with snacks etc

    In that case, its just whey. Adding 2 or 3 scoops to the USN to up the cals and protein won't any harm. It's still food

    Cheers have about 12 kg of the USN stuff , and looking to order the whey from
    Bulk powders :)

    Heard adding in oats and almond butter is a bonus too , any one reccomend that ?
