Robben out for the rest of the season and Lewandowski unlikely to play after breaking his nose and jaw yesterday. He might still make it for the Barca match but then he also has to have recovered from the concussion that came wit hit.

Very sad, This could be the "beginning of the end" for Robben. Still has few years left at top level but won't be the force he was from hereon, I fear. The player he is, injuries will become more and more frequent.

Very underrated player, would have loved to have seen him link up with Ronaldo at Real Madrid and I think they made a huge error selling him.

Also loved watching him, Duff and Joe Cole playing behind Drogba when Chelsea were exciting and likeable!

I'll pass on my bank account details to you at 2.30 on Saturday afternoon!! I'll be due a few quid off you for that tip!!

But yeah, wouldn't it be epic if we all made a few grand from it!!

It will certainly take my mind off that 94th minute equaliser tonight..........

Are you for real!!! That is a joke!!! But maybe they are right as, although it is a long shot, it really isn't beyond possible!!

Cue Bournemouth, the highest scorers of all English league divisions this season going out on the piss for the week after being promoted (well more or less!) and losing 1 - 0 on Saturday while every other team scores!

Looking at previous head to heads for the championship fixtures, btts has occurred at least once in thre previous 5 meetings for every fixture.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,915 ✭✭✭United Chester Men

Last season Bournemouth (this seasons top scorers), Doncaster against Leicester (the league winners) away and Blackpool (who were in a serious bad state) were the only 3 teams out of 24 not to score on last day of season, year before that only 4 teams failed to score (all away ) failed to score, year before only 5 failed to score, ditto season before that so there is a bit of a trend! Perhaps in two years is when we are due o hit the jackpot!!

There has been lots of goals, with almost every team averaging AT LEAST a goal per game and every team (even the top six) being involved in BTTS results in over half their games which is a lot higher than say the Premier league. Its not come up at all all season when there was a full schedule of fixtures but there has been 5 or 6 Saturdays where it has hit the bar , with only 2 or 3 teams failing

As I said it is a massive long shot that will probably come up just short (2- 4 teams not hitting the net) but with a big flurry of first half goals you could have a very tasty cash out option come 70 minutes into the games

PS, I dont have all this $h1t in my head, as you can imagine but there is a fantastic site which is superb for researching bet probabilities

Should be a good few games in the championship with teams fighting for survival /promotion with teams who have nothing to play for, will have a look tomorrow and do up an accum.

    Orebro vs Hammarby

Orebro bottom, 1 draw in first 5 matches, lost last 4 in a row.
Hammarby 3W 1D 1L, only loss away to the team currently in 1st

    Taking Hammarby at 2.62 (Boyles)
