    Hi all.
    Just wondering, does anyone train a muscle of they have pain in it from a previous session? I usually don't of its sore to the touch, just add a role of thumb. After a 10x10 session though i can be sore for 3-4 days and I'm thinking that i should be stepping out up a bit. What do you think?
