    Anyone have information about whats going on with 2004 Student Probationary Extension?

    The webpage hasn't been updated for the last 4 months.

    Says the application form and details will be published in the coming weeks. Says so since July.

    If I understand correctly they were planning to use the 6 months to process the applications.
    And its November already.
    Anyone know how we are supposed to get the application forms?
    Website suggests they will be published online.
    But I heard at GNIB that they were going to send them by post.
