Has anyone ever had shockwave therapy? My physio would like to do this with me but I'm not so sure.. Just wondering does it hurt and how beneficial is it? Would love to hear from others who've had it done. Thanks.

I had it done. Found it pretty painful & didn't really improve my injury. Its still worth a try though imo.

I had it done on my shoulder. It is a little painful and uncomfortable at the start but I found it worked well for me.
