WIFI Digital Thermostat

Hi Does anyone have experience with wiring up a digital thermostat? I currently have a four wire (2 Lives (Red) and 2 Neutrals (Blue) TRAC analogue timer installed at the moment, but I want to be able to set the heating wirelessly from my smartphone and install the Honeywell Wifi thermostrat RTH950.. Can anyone help me?
