Free travel pass questions

Hi, i've been approved for disbaility allowance and a free travel pass, but the citizens advice page is a bit vague. - how does this work for getting to northern ireland? - Apparently the free travel pass has been replaced with a publics service card, how does this work, on say dublin bus? thanks :)

The form isn't for translink, it's a department of social welfare form.
