I'm getting most of these names the old fashioned way (verbally) so I've no links, sorry! A good few bands had PS on their own sites but have since removed them, the organisers are really keeping a tight lid on it this year more so than any other. You could probably look at the Field Day line up for more hints as roughly 50% of that bill comes to PS

Don't worry, it's fake. The organisers wouldn't misspell Sleaford Mods for a start, Mac de Marco isn't on the poster even though he's self confirmed, and as for D'Angelo? C'mon. Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised to see at least 10 bands from the poster appear. Still, at least no Florence on the poster, if that shouty cokehead slag turns up I'll be miles away.

At best there are 7 or 8 bands i want to see from that lineup and the only headline band would be modest mouse.
Doesnt warrant spending 500 quid on a weekend in Barca unless its vastly different to that poster im thinking

Drive Like Jehu are playing ATP Iceland in July which is billed as their only summer show in Europe. Technically May is spring so they could still play Primavera, although some people are telling me that May is a summer month. Answers on a postcard please.

Hmm, if that's fake it's a good fake, it's balanced, all the acts on it make sense, Sleaford Mods down for the right day, no typos. And Gabi has gone into overdrive on Twitter tonight saying its fake but methinks he protesteth too much. Still, I hope it's not real cos there's a few bands not there that I'd like to see. We'll know Wednesday.

i had a crack at decompiling the Android lineup app to get the lineup but it's in Unity3D and I got nothing. only a few days to wait anyhow. i can't see it topping last year.

looks legit. kinda underwhelming, tempted to sell my ticket. apart from the lineup usually being stunning, i don't think primavera is great. the crowd are crap and venue very industrial.

it's probably mostly the language barrier, i was very surprised at how few Catalans speak English. so not many conversationswith random strangers, apart from yanks/brits/etc.

apart from that, for crowd during actual gigs, I'd take Electric Picnic crowd any day over Primavera.

Well it is a festival in Barcelona.....

Learn some Catalan if you expect to have conversation with everybody there, you cannot fault a European festivals for not speaking English.

Excellent. Should be dry, no queues for beer, food, toilets. Take a week, few days either side, get an apartment in Barceloneta. Metro runs all night Friday and Saturday.

Better yet look for an apartment in Pobleneau and you'll only need the metro then if you wanna explore the rest of Barca.
