So about a month ago I decided enough was enough, I set myself a date to quit. I always would've smoked about ten a day but recently that was sneaking up towards 20 and a whole load of factors pushed me to quit.
I've tried quitting a few times before but o think this is the first time that I've actually been in the proper frame of mind to do so.

So I'm off them just over two weeks, finding it grand to be honest because i was so so sick with the flu I had no want for them. But this week I find my mind wandering....sure i could just call to see "x" and have just one, or I could have one while im out etc etc. But im distracting myself away from those thoughts. I can honestly say as well that this is the first time I've felt like an addict...how stupid does that sound??!

Anybody else in the early stages of quitting??,:)

I'm off them nearly a week, wasn't the heaviest a smoker but I smoked roll ups so I cant even put a number on it. Anyway I haven't felt much difference yet and not tempted , Hope I make it to where you are!
