Why would you trust a naturopath? I'd take Vitamin D3 as well.

    What's the rolling eyes about?

Believes and faith are valued more than evidence and fact by some.

OP FWIW there is a lot of things to get right before worrying to much about supplements being optimum.

In no order sleep, stress, diet, good/plenty activity, etc

Eat more fish, vitamin d in winter months and maybe zma if it aids your sleep. Bar your at the elite end of things performance wise I'd save my money for something else

My advice would be to broaden your diet to include foods which contain the vitamins and oils that you think you are lacking in.

What are the optimum food supplements?

The following article by Dr Hilary Jones suggests the most important supplements to take are Omega 3, a Probiotic and a Multivitamin.

    http://nutritionexpert.healthspan.co.uk/a-gps-daily-supplement-advice?referrer=EWSEB1&utm_source=EWSEB1&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=EWSEB1

    I'm been taking:
    Omega 3 http://www.healthspan.co.uk/products/opti-omega-3-tg-1000mg Probiotic http://www.healthspan.co.uk/products/super20-pro
    Multivitamin http://www.healthspan.co.uk/products/multivitality-gold

I'll need to order more Omega 3 soon - is there a better type available?

I've started eating fermented foods (sauerkraut, pickling cucumbers, kefir) for probiotics as apparently there's a higher bacterial count and they're cheaper than supplements.

A naturopath advised that unless a multivitamin are food-source, the body won't recognise and process it. Therefore, I started these http://www.naturesplus.co.uk/products/productdetail.php?productNumber=UE30711 (price paid €36.95)

I'd be grateful for any advice / knowledge / comments.

Do you make/do the sauerkraut and pickled cucumbers yourself?
I've only started making water kefir, Ive thought about doing sauerkraut too, any recipes? or links?
I've thought of maybe making other stuff too and growing some herbs to put into my own stuff like mint and lavender

I like these, omega3 + D3 in one. I'd take vitamins for a specific reason, so for OP they should consider what they want and why.
