Ideally, we'd love to be able to stream locally stored content (from a drive, PC or NAS) but also be able to access online services like Netflix. What would you suggest for a setup like this? Should I build my own small HTPC…

Hello,

My friend and I are moving into a new apartment and we're looking to setup a nice HE system. Ideally, we'd love to be able to stream locally stored content (from a drive, PC or NAS) but also be able to access online services like Netflix.

What would you suggest for a setup like this? Should I build my own small HTPC and run plex? There are so many options that I'm a bit lost!
