so id usually buy whey protein and creatine from ie.myprotein.com because they usually had offers on the whey. not right now.

where else could i get them on a budget? i will be buying whey, creatine and for the first time BCAAs. maybe some weight gaining whey and start doing more compound lifts as im not that happy with progress.

6"3, 89kg. dont know my bodyfat. im long and skinny with some undesired flab around my lower belly and chest(if that helps)

Myprotein. Use code GROUPIE15 and get 15% off any order. I don't think you can get cheaper than that offer.

    Bulkpowders.ie is an alternative.

Edit: if your diet is rich in protein, bcaas are probably a waste of time. Cheaper to have a scoop of whey preworkout for the same effect.

i didnt know of that 15% offer. i may just use that! if im to forget about buying bcaas, what would you reccomend i buy aswell as the whey and creatine?

im using whey and creatine since i started working out so im just lookign to add something new. maybe a bulking whey instead of their normal one?

If you want to spend more money something like fish oil would be a better buy than the "hard gainer" whey.

If you want to get more calories into your shakes add whole milk or dextrose

Weight gainers = whey and cheap carb

If you want to gain weight then you need to eat more.
