Hi I was wondering if someone could help me with this in relation to what my entitlement is?what law would apply?does SOGA 1980 Nemo Dat rule apply or nay of it's exceptions?
I bought a restored grand-father clock from a shop,I was contacted later by a man who said that 2 weeks before me he had bought the clock 2 weeks before me and had left for minor repairs and claims it belongs to him.

who is entitled to the watch?my rights and remedies against the shop which sold the clock?
    thanks
