I feel my eye sight is getting weak and i may need eye glasses.

Is there any place in Kilkenny where I can get my eyes tested for free?

Yes, I have seen this but i don't have a medical card.

Not sure how PRSI works.. on my payslip it says PRSI but am I eligible for this free test?

eye tests are at most 30e

You need 260 stamps to get free test. (5 years continuous work)

I got my eyes tested for free last month on my PRSI. Any optician will do it as long as you have a stamp……

I have been working for an year only now...

What I mean is if you have enough "stamps" built up in the PRSI system……..it isn't a physical stamp.
