I'm seeing a lot of people saying they're unhappy with how this forum is working and how quickly issues are being addressed.

You're right of course, we've slipped up with Site Dev and I intend to fix it.

I've spoken to the relevant parties here in the office about how we'll manage things from here on out and I'm now going to be managing this forum and submitting bugs to the tech team based on how high a priority I feel it is. Some of you may know, I have a background in software engineering and worked as a front and back end web dev for a long time, so I'm not a total muggle when it comes to this sort of thing

So, please accept our apologies for letting things slip here. We'll hopefully get things back up to normal acceptable levels of service ASAP.
