It's a streaming service for all NBA games that is cheaper, better, HD and has instant archived games unlike NBA League Pass. You can watch games live or watch them archived whenever you want. It's very reliable and has been going for a season or two I believe. The reason it's not been taken down is because this stuff is legal in Netherlands. He has had an NHL streaming site too that's been going for years, and there's been no issues.
