So, myself and my wife are often like ships passing with work and sports, and therefore get very few opportunities to sit down together for dinner. Add that to the fact that we're still doing a weekly shop and end up throwing away 30-40% of it as unused.

Yes, we could get our act together and make meals for the week on a Sunday, or be more responsible about shopping etc... but, life gets in the way.

I've researched a few companys that do meal deliverys i.e. a week at a time or whatever you want tbh. I've used The Pure Kitchen before (formerly Moggy's Meals) and found it to be great.

I wonder has anyone used any of the below services and found them good, and/or could anyone suggest other services? I want to give this thing a go for a month and see a) am I eating healthier b) am I saving or spending the same amount of money c) am I wasting less.

I think transform was recommending something similar to some clients but as a short term solution to get them on the diet.

I have only experience of Paleo Meal deliveries, got a deal on living social, and would not use them again. I did give them "feedback" about the quality of the items I received and they never even replied.

Pretty sure Conor McGregor uses paleomealdeliveries...there's a good endorsement!

one of the issues I have with their menus if they are pretty low in calories (13-14 hundred) so to get what you need you have to pay them for extras (not cheap at all) or cook extra yourself. I'd say Conor McGregor has to add a roast chicken per meal :D

It is such a pity that most of these service's websites are kack.

Spend a few bob in making it more user friendly and then you'll see a return
