FIFA 15 - Season 16 Fixtures and Results Thread

Mr Moon

This thread is for the weekly fixtures and results for the coming season of the league.

Players are only to play those fixtures listed for the current week - you do not play games in advance unless you have got permission from via pm us due to going on holidays or another reason.

We will be monitoring the number of games played and players found to be falling behind after a number of weeks will be removed from the league.

You are expected to play the 3/4 fixtures assigned each week - if you cant play them all catch up the next week but it should not fall behind any further than that.

The results need to be posted by one or both of the players on here and the other give thanks to it. Ideally you both post, don't just leave it expecting the other person to do it.

The league as per the rules is to be played in a sporting manner.

It goes without saying that things like blocking kickout by the keeper or time wasting passing it around the back four aren't tolerated.

The league is always much better when played in a proper sporting manner and played for fun.

Went 1-0 up early and done fairly well against the galacticos. Turning point at 1-1 when I tried a short kick out which was intercepted and led to a corner which Ronaldo planted with a bullet header. After that I had to attack more and got cut open by some nice passing. Enjoyable game

probably the worst game i played could not get a pass together at all. defending was piss poor. got a man sent off in the fifth minute then conceded two penos straight after each other. saved them both. managed to be only 2-1 down by half time. then he proceeded to rip me to shreds in the second half by 5-1 i had lost the head and gave up. he played a great game. best player i've played in last couple of years.

Jesus what a mad game.. I went 1 up very early then deafroadrunner had a player sent off in 6th min which kind of ruined the game.. then straight away he saved 2 penos in 5 mins on me and I scrape into half time 2-1 up

Game opened up second half as he pushed for an equalizer I caught him on break a couple times.. 10 men told in the end but it be a lot closer next time good game mate.. scoreline was harsh

Conceded after 30 minutes or so and gave away a cheap penalty just before half time. Made some attacking changes at half time and went for it a bit more. Goal 3 went in, went all out attack, goal 4 went in (after it wouldn't bloody switch to Coleman for me and it was literally walked in). After goal 5 I went defensive to stop an embarrassing score. Pegged one back after hitting the post a minute earlier.

Was far too open against a very good player. Needed to take my chances when they came (few and far between). Missed them or couldnt make the right pass. Look forward to travelling to Madrid for the return leg. I'm glad I've one of the better players out of the way.

Disappointing result. One of those games where you feel your players are slower than usual and the game has you scripted to lose; but that's how playing against good players makes you feel! He defended very deep and kept catching me on the break. Couldn't get a rhythm going at all and don't remember creating a decent chance. Well played sir. Deserved win.

With a 100% loss rate in Goodison this year, I didnt have much hope. An early chance for Lukaku was wasted. Felt we deserved to go into HT in the lead. However, robfowler reorganised and dominated the proceedings from there. A few heroics from Howard kept it level. Changed to 4 4 2 with Eto up front and created a few chances. However, in the 90th the ball fell to Lukaku at the edge of the box, Mingolet rushed from his goal but was no match.

A match I felt I didnt deserve to win and a draw would have been fair. Good game and I look forward to the second Merseyside derby this year.

Giggsy's connection went around 70min mark with me leading 2-1 after been 2-0 up. Good game thought I could have had more but he had just comeback into the match. I checked rules and it says if opponents connection goes while your leading you take win ( I'm open to correction on that ). Unlucky giggsy look forward to the rematch.
