    Can anyone tell me the cheapest way to send a message to 086/087 customer numbers...can it be done with pc/laptop..

    Get them all on viber or whatsapp. or something like that and create a group. then its free

    If you're sending to a big amount of customers, then you would probably be better off buying a text message service. I've used them in the past, and basically you're bulk buying texts in advance and then sending them out through a web site as needed. They're not free, but a good bit cheaper than network SMS.

    If you're looking at smaller numbers, you could use the web texts that you probably have as part of your price plan. I know that with meteor you get something like 300 free texts a month. I think you can send a text to up to 10 numbers at a time through their web interface. Nearly certain all the networks have something like that.
