    Been taking this now for the last week, just wanted to hear from any boardsies on the benefits they received from taking it long term.

    Also, do you get the 'tingles' which are linked to BA, it seems some do and some don't.

    The benefit is more for people doing endurance sports or to a lesser degree high reps. Its a cumulative effect so you need to take it everyday. The tingles should reduce by doing this.

    I believe the benefit comes in moreso in high intensity sports such as sprinting or cycling at a high intensity, where it allows you to hold a max effort for longer.

    Yeah I don't think it translates to strength training at all. Apparently it has significant benefits if you were looking to run a 100m sprint as fast as you can but not if you've several sets of multiple reps etc.

    It's a sprinting aid, or so I'm told.

    Yep and it's minor at best. Well it's not as cheap as creatine it's still pretty cheap and actually works

    It's a pH buffer basically, that allows your muscles to ward off the negative effects of accumulated lactic acid for longer. I train for 400m sprinting and I've used it in the past. I think you need to be on it for about 9 weeks to see the optimum results.
