    i need help

ive just taken on a 60-70 hr a week job incl bad hotel travel(i.e. no gym) that doesnt leave much time for fitness

if that wasnt bad enough Ive had a double discectomy at l5s1 but basically due to pain have a max weight of 15 st 10 ..which im currently hovering around and due to the job i cant get into a routine in the evenings

i want to start a morning routine and have just bought a sunrise alarm clock to try to buy an hour in the morning. is there a programme i can follow (preferabally body weight focused) that could help me out and/or does anyone know a d6 focused personal trainer that can help me with this?

I've been doing a seventy hour week for a while now. Try to get into a habit of either going the gym straight after work or right before. Otherwise you just wont.

On bodyweight programs I'm not too sure. Some people have had good results from convict conditioning.

Stairs in the hotels. Walk up them, lift down, multiple times. Time yourself. Try and beat it. When you get better at it, faster & stronger, take two steps at a time.

It's a start and you can start today.

Insanity or p90x can be done at home. Insanity takes less than an hour and will shed the weight off you.
