Hi all, firstly apologies if this post is in the wrong thread.

I have a plot of land in south county Dublin that I want to have a homebuilt on. This will not be for another two years so I am only looking into thisnow for the first time. I am trying to figure out what type of costs areinvolved. I would imagine that there is a conveyance fee, planning permissionapplication fee, connection to utilities fee, architects fee and the cost of thehouse itself (we are looking at a timber frame option). That is about all I can thinkof but I am sure there is one or two more costs involved.

Would anyone have any knowledge in this field?

    Thanks,

    S2S
